What does this program cost?
March 1-April 5, the WN4DC cost $399
During our Early Bird Special in February from 15-28, you can sign up for $299.
How long do I have to complete the program?
The WN4DC Symposium offers CPE for 3-years. Completing the program by April 1, 2024, will provide you with the 16+ CPE.
What is the benefit of completing the WN4DC Symposium in April 2021?
The month-long program also includes a private forum where each week you will have access to the speakers. Here the discussion will explore the Health At Every Size reflections that each speaker created to open the dialog, and discover, explore, and challenge your learning.
Does this provide Professional Educational Credits?
Yes, the WN4DC Symposium will provide 16 CPE and if you participate in the Health Equity training, you will receive one additional credit.
I am not a dietitian. Is the WN4DC Symposium something I would benefit from?
The WN4DC Symposium is open to any healthcare professional who would like to understand how weight bias and weight stigma contribute to health inequity and disordered eating. The program is ideal for therapists, counselors, health coaches, fitness professionals, case managers, nurses, physicians, researchers, and administrators working in diabetes care.
Who provides the CPE?
The CPE is provided by The Commission of Dietetic Registration, CDR.
Is there a purchase plan?
Absolutely! We offer a 2 payment option during the Early Bird Special and a 3 Payment option from March -April.
Is there a discount for groups or for students?
Higher educational institutions wishing to utilize the WN4DC Symposium are asked to contact us directly to learn about our non-CPE options or our institutional group pricing.
